An igniting path for Neurodiverse Minds
At Regenesis, we believe in celebrating the power of difference.
Founded and led by Claire Clark – strategic thinker, inclusive leader, and ADHD expert – our space is designed to uplift, empower, and connect people navigating the beautiful differences of neurodivergence.
Claire brings deep specialist knowledge in understanding ADHD’s complex presentation – where symptoms are often masked, internalised, or misunderstood.
With a deep understanding of how ADHD presents across diverse profiles. She recognises the unique challenges faced by women, especially the impact of hormonal fluctuations on ADHD symptoms, and is highly attuned to the frequent co-occurrence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. Research shows that up to 50 – 70% of individuals with ADHD also meet criteria for ASD, understanding the importance of personalised, well-informed assessment and care. Claire is also highly experienced in prescribing and managing ADHD medication, tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs with precision and compassion.
Claire also offers insightful support around ADHD-related burnout – a common yet overlooked experience that stems from years of masking, unmet needs, and relentless self-management without appropriate frameworks. She takes a developmental view, understanding how ADHD can evolve from childhood through to adulthood, shaped by changing social roles, environmental demands, and expectations. Her compassionate approach helps individuals uncover the impact of undiagnosed ADHD and provides clarity, validation, and tailored strategies to meet their needs across life stages.
Whether you’re seeking insight, support, or simply a place to feel understood, Regenesis is here to help.
